Oztan Privacy / Security Policy

When purchasing from OZTAN COSMETICS, all credit/debit card details are transmitted through a secure server using the eWay Payment Gateway.

 

 

Card data is not retained by OZTAN COSMETICS or stored after processing.

Refund policy

 

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Oztan Cosmetics takes great care in quality control but in the unlikely event where goods are faulty please contact us within 14 days. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

 

Faulty Equipment

 

Most faults can be rectified by talking to one of our staff members and adjusting the settings. Do not send back any items that you consider faulty until you have spoken to a representative of Oztan Cosmetics. Please contact us on 08 9840 9978. If you have purchased our equipment from one of our distributors you need to return it to them.

 

 

Incorrect Orders

 

Whilst every order shipped is checked and double checked from time to time a mistake can sneak through, if you have received an item that you didnt order please contact Oztan Cosmetics on 08 9840 9978 and a replacement will be shipped out with a returns bag. Do not use the item or we will not be able to accept the return.

Oztan - Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping costs are are influenced by the size and weight of the products/items and your location.

 

 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We deliver our products using Toll Priority and occasionally Australia Post.  Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will receive a separate shipping quote from TNT for approval before shipping. International orders are shipped using TNT's Track and Trace service, and a signature is required on delivery.

 

 

We always dispatch orders within 1 business day and depending on the size of the order, it takes 2 - 7 working days to arrive.
